The club has for over 60 years been an integral part of Fish Hoek and its surrounds. We offer a structured training programme for boys and girls from as young as 6 yrs and active competition from nipper level (9 to 14 yrs), junior level (14 to 19 yrs), senior and masters (over 30). The club provides trained lifeguards who serve on our beaches on a voluntary and professional basis.
