Dear Parents & Nippers

Message from your Nipper Officer – Allie Absalom

We have a week left before SA’s and I am sure the excitement is brewing in our nipper camp.
One week until our nippers stand on the line to take on their first event at SA’s…please remember these words:

“I am proud!
I am committed!
I give my best!
I am part of a fantastic team.”

FISHHOEK TEAM IS NUMBER ONE!

A huge thank you to Coach Denver for the amazing cake we all enjoyed after training on Saturday, as well as to the club for the donuts and marshmallows enjoyed after training on Tuesday last week.

Notice for U8 Micros

Next year when you move up to U9, you will need to be able to swim 12 lengths of a 25m pool in under 8 minutes, before you can take your exam and enter competitions. Please start working towards this now! Many of our U9s have been disappointed to not qualify to take the nipper exam yet, as they couldn’t complete their swim time. If you start extra swimming lessons and start working on this now, it will be much easier for you next November.

See you on the beach!
