In the event our members are approached in the private capacity it must be noted they do not carry personal liability for Lifeguarding Service or have the consent from the Club and or our Affiliates and therefore The Fish Hoek Surf Lifesaving Club it’s sponsors and or partners and our affiliates cannot be held responsible for any eventuality that may occur, irrespective of the uniforms worn at the time or their association or membership with the Club whether it is for remuneration, voluntary or favour.
